    • I haven't figured anything out… I only got anti depressants and calcium meds at the pharmacy they only get me through the day but I still have difficulties sleeping and I hate depending on medication…

    • Gratitude Thobeka Try Meditation. Travel More. Spend some time Isolated with your own thoughts . Read Books if you dont have time just read their Summaries. Do things you love. Other Youtubers for self Improvment :-1.Prince Ea2.Mensutra3.Jay Shetty4.Rafeal Ellinson5.Gary VeeTheir Videos are awesome . They can help you.Start building good habits like sleeping early and NoFap etc.,Leave Bad habits like Drinking Alcohol, Smoking, Vaping, Fapping etc.,

    • Create a schedule. Schedule your bed time, schedule your wake time. The time you eat, shower, exercise.The most important things in your schedule are getting sunlight / exercise, food, and adequate rest. You can not compromise on those aspects of your schedule.I used to schedule my life and was incredibly productive. Now I have no schedule, no routine, and I'm a mess. But I implement bits of a schedule and I'm more productive again, less mindless wandering.Also look at other videos on success insider, and Dan Lok on procrastination, time, and good habits.

  • I too have been going through all of this ALONE mind you with my special unicorn of 4 on 5 years. When I was OR'ed, I felt as if I couldn't trust no one. I didn't even want to play video games… the one foremost thing I love doing. But little by little & day by day… I've been reaching out to people for guidance & help to pull myself out of the abysmal waterfall of emotions I was putting myself through because of how she "felt" about me.Gentlemen, take pride in yourselves & just like SI said here… learn to take time out to love yourselves because no one is going to tend to that duty but YOU 🕵️

  • You hit all my bases. I felt I was burned out and have rested for 7 months. Just recently have I been able to put forth more effort. Job change was part of the answer and REST was indeed necessary. Some jobs will eat you up and spit you out and attest it to productivity as they pile 4 full-time jobs on 1 person. Funny thing is asked if I could​ take on more and I did say "NO". They assigned them to me anyway. I have a better job now, called self-employed.
