    • We're all guilty of it from time to time, me too despite having avoided it in my routine. That said, it's useful to understand that the reason not to check your phone is it can derail a vital routine depending on what you look at. On top of that, it gives a dopamine boost if you get notifications, which can have negative effects on those days you don't get them. Got a video on this topic coming out Monday, it shares my experiences of waking up earlier

    • Elias KhaterWhen I used to be productive and feeling great, I'd be exercising. Stretching, warming up, then working out before I eat or shower. I had laser like focus, hunger passion to succeed back then.Rewatching this reminded me of the laser focus I lost. That clarity of mind.

  • Thankfully the only thing I need to fix is #3: the snooze button scenario. On the good side I have gotten used again to waking up at 7am. Now I gots stop hitting that snooze button! Who invented that thing anyways!?

    • I heard there's an app where your alarm only turns off once you take a photo of a specific object or item. You might want to check it out, will definitely stop you hitting snooze.

  • I am addicted to weed. I don’t smoke everyday all day, but once twice every other day. I see the massive negative impacts it’s having on my life mentally and emotionally but I’ve struggled to let it go for 2 years now. Recently I made it to 2 weeks clean and relapsed. I will continue fighting. If anyone else if going through anything similar. You’re not alone ❤️❤️
