Number 2 …The day job is pure chaos, every day is an adventure. >-( 3. is what the bullet journal is for! 4 is my household. 5 I'm working on defining better. 6 needs decluttering. 7 less on the day job, more on the side effort.

  • Love this list. For me, it is all about #1 and #2, the morning routine and adhering to a schedule. I'm a creature of habit. #1, the morning routine, is so critical and I learned it later in life. I used to leave happiness and joy up to chance each day. I'd just fly by the seat of my pants. I now see joy and happiness are forged each day through proactive routines.

  • I know number 4 works great. My best gains in exercise was when I had a partner. They were to arrive at my place by 6:30am. I was forced to get up because I knew they'd be knocking on my door. And he was forced to be there cuz he knew I'd be getting up to let him in. So it was great. Without that I would have slept in and never done the exercise.

  • I would add exercise or some kind of movement on the list. I'm not a sporty type of gal, but I have to force myself to move otherwise I'll be at my desk from sun up to sun down. I find that the discipline of exercise carries into other areas of my business that I don't always feel like doing, but have to do it anyway. Then there's all the other health benefits of exercise too.

  • I would love to have a place to work at home which is just for work, but i live in a crummy 1 bed flat, 🙁 not going to rent private again. i did goto a coffee shop, but the noise is distracting, bit better than at home with the birds tweeting constantly. such a struggle, but i have a friend who lets me use a room in his house, to do some work, that is when i am most productive. i would just love to have access to it constantly when i have free time. until then it is limited until i finally get accepted for somewhere bigger.point is, if you find it too hard working at home, because you don't have an office, then ask friends or family if they have a spare room you can use. or rent an office.

  • Hi Evan great subject matter and great points. Just an observation, Charlie from Charisma on command mentioned in one of his videos that he met you in some workshop from you tube that both of you attended and he said how impressed he was by you. That is how I found your channel. My point and observation is as a consumer from both of your channels . Charlie's on air presentations usually go no more than 5 to 6 minutes . Straight to the point, 7 steps two examples each and done. I felt you at times beaten to death the point. Your videos for the most part is showing how others became successful in their own words and what strategies they used to achieve that. Very few of your videos are about you on air doing all the talking. While for Charlie that is how he started. All his videos were him talking on camera for 5 minutes or less to the point and done. Sad to say our attention span is very small. We want instant wisdom in bullet form. Just an observation , like what you are doing , and keep it up thanks for your contributions to all of us.
