I realized when I'm eating I don't think about how much it sucks eating vegetables all I'm thinking about is getting rid of what has been a internal conflict with myself. Great way of how I should start thinking of my school work in the same way.

On the contrary, you have to not only use the alarm clock, but you have to wake up earlier than all your employees and get your ass to your office in order to manage the situation and make sure everyone is doing their job.

I have been a vegan for quite a while but i am NOT a strict vegan… meaning i have time for friends, family who are seeing life in a different way. Still, my mind and body speaks for itself. I feel healthy, kindness is part of my life and there is nothing better than preaching by example. Much respect for you from Vancouver Island !

  • I see you mentioned veganism again through this lens of diets and fad diets… I wonder, will you ever do a video addressing what veganism is actually about? Like 60 billion animals a year being bred and killed, and the environment being destroyed by animal agriculture? Veganism isn't something people are doing to lose a few inches off their waist line or because they want to join a cult, and it's not comparable to Paleo in any way. If you take a look at the google search trends of the term "vegan", you would see that since 2004, interest in the topic of veganism has maintained a steady progression since 2004, and that is seeing a snowball effect as time goes on – now, in 2017, the least active year in 2017 for vegan google searches has seen more activity than the absolute peak of 2016. And in 2016, interest in veganism soared much higher than it ever had in the past decade. I had a look at the trends for the various fad diets like Paleo, Atkins, Keto etc, and they only saw varying spikes interests and then very little activity. And none of them ever reached the kind of attention, let alone sustained attention, that veganism did.If you also pay attention to the vegan products companies are investing heavily in, the kinds of vegan options restaurants are providing, the myriad of vegan products showing up in stores, and the heightened interest/concern in general in the mainstream media, social media, among Politicans in Europe, among environmentalists etc, you would see it's much more than just mindless zombies following a diet code because they want to be healthy. It's about doing what you believe is the right thing, with no apparent gain to yourself and at the risk of being ostracised from your friends and family. Plain and simple. I type this long post because I know you (Tai) are intelligent enough to understand this, but I've only really seen you take a negative angle on veganism. That podcast you did with Ben Greenfield reeked of bias.

I remembering the countless of sleepless nights due to reading boring ass literature paired with annoying ass homework questions. Since then i've always perceived books to be horrible wastes of time, and so all i've been doing is filling up my brain with garbage social media content for my entire teenage life. • Tai needs a DJI Osmo for the shakey-cam solution. Its cheap dude, and it'll make these vids look a trillion times less shakey! lol.

    • Also, just use the rear camera. If you stop looking at your own face, youll be talking to the audience, and not a reflection of yourself. 😉

  • Ah came in right time! Thats true man we need a reward system if there's no reward ofcourse we're going to quit but when their is a reward like a trip to dubai or car or something than I'm going to be motivated as hell.
