The chains of habits are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.
It’s easy to build good habits when you’re young because your brain’s neuropathways are open. By the time you’re 25 the pathways seal over and it becomes harder for your brain to hold in information and learn new habits.
What you love about your life come from the habits that you did or didn’t form. The way to form them is a little bit at a time, 15 mins a day. Do a little bit and don’t give up.
Habits are formed in the long haul.
