    • SAI KISHORE ,i think thinking hard about in night and to think that i have to work hard or just telling mind that tommorow i need to wake up early! ..u will automatically wake up..i tried this and it works 4 me lolIt like day before exam when dont need any alarms😂

  • Another great video! I’m such a routine person! And I feel like I’m most productive in the mornings, love getting up early and get things done. Agree with all the points. By the way I never knew you fast! I’ve been on intermittent fasting for years and I feel amazing! It makes me more productive too! One thing I need to change is ditch phone checking in the morning:)

People often make mistake of emphasizing the moment but it's actually the preparation before the moment that counts the most.

  • My morning ritual is 1) 1 snooze only for alarm2) play a motivational video to reprogram my mind for success, while brushing my teeth3) Wake myself up with rinsing my hair with cold water4) Drink green powder5) Meditate for 10 minutes6) Visualization exercise7) Journal and say my daily affirmations8) Look at my week's tasks

    • Yes at times. To be at my optimal level of productivity, I always do sports/exercise because I get the rush of endorphins which help me stay focused and feel motivated.

  • What an awesome morning routine – lots of healthy habits there Tim! My routine is to do yoga while listening to an educational video (normally Success Insider these days!), do a quick gratitude practice and plan couple important things I want to do today, then go for a quick jog, some dry skin brushing to get that lymph moving, a shower and a glass of what I call a 'healthy cola' – warm water with juice of half a lemon and 1 Tbsp of molasses – super yum! 😁 Followed by a smoothie not a long after that I sip through the morning.

  • My morning ritual is to always wake up before 5am. Your “never snooze” approach is really helping so far. Then I put on some Eurobeat music and dance in a cold shower. I’ll do that breath exercise that Tony Robbins teaches as well. By that time I’m charged up and ready to take on my day. I’ll incorporate some of these too. This is really good stuff.

  • Wow you've hooked up your alarm clock to the lights. That's a good idea. And putting a full spoon of super dense nutrient power in your mouth with out diluting it is hard core. Not sure if it's dangerous to do that or not. Like you could choke on that powder. I think it's optimal to drink those powders through out the day.
