  • How is money powerful?

    • Is this a serious question? Money is EXTREMELY powerful. It frees up time, options, influence, luxury, etc. People without it, are always very slim on options and power. Just observe the world. The power of money is very obvious. Weather good OR Bad.

    • Just because you don't believe it, doesn't mean it didn't happen. You'd be surprised what negative stigmas (that make little to no sense) parents pass along to their children. How do you think racism continues to perpetuate?

    • That is actually a conversation that happened to ME! except it wasn't my dad. Any average joe you tell that you are gonna be a millionaire will scoff at the idea.

    • Read a lot, learn a lot, live on less than you make, build a security fund of 3-6 months of living expenses, and invest the rest in strong mutual funds.Oops, sorry, you said quicker and easier… well, the lottery is a failure, but try that I suppose. Otherwise, building wealth takes work and, above all else, diligence.

  • I drove a car that stalled in traffic, but it had no payments. Finally I grew tired of risking my life and leased a car with 10 airbags (Chevy Trax). I'm thrilled with it. Soon, I was able to buy a house. Rich people don't drive cars that stall in traffic.

  • If you want to get RICH, Step 1. Write a book about how to get rich quick.Step 2. Travel from city to city having seminars about how to get rich quick. Step 3. Put out an infomercial on how to get rich quick. If that doesn't work, come up with a lose weight fast and easy formula where you don't have to work out and you can eat anything you want.

    • Haha, there you go lol. In our current real estate market, it's more profitable to sell how to invest in real estate then actually investing IN real estate.

  • I took one class not the advanced expensive class but the $500 4 or 5 day work shop.I learned many things, but I learned and used seller financing. Over the last 2 years earned $200k on this apartment I bought using seller financing. I did put down a large down payment but had seller finance me the larger part for 7% when interest rates were 3.5% at the time. I Roberts people changed my thought process and I earned $200. Now I am going to recycle my original down payment and pay the original seller off with a normal loan and still profit $1000 a month after all expenses.I will now go buy more apartments fix them up and collect the profit monthly after all expenses.I may go pay for the next class soon to learn more.Profitable debt is good.

  • The real way to get rich is to pretend you hold the keys to getting rich and hold free seminars for which you upsell high priced programs. This is what kiyosaki does. He's a pure con man.

  • I've followed Kiyosaki for awhile. He made a lot of money teaching wealth principles rather than doing the investments himself. Real estate is a volatile industry with a lot more losers than winners… like everything else. Security is NOT a bad thing – you need some to build a family. Interesting that Kiyosaki does not have any children.
