Written by

One of the most common questions I get asked is How do I fund my business? What are the best options?

Should you bootstrap? Get investors? Go to the bank? Take out a loan?

What are the pros and cons and which option is best for you?

In this live hangout, Sage CEO Stephen Kelly and I will discuss the options and answer your questions.

Get your questions ready, it’s going to be fun!

See you there 🙂

Cheers,

Evan

  • Hey Even, I've just stumbled across your channel and I can say I'm really liking it so far. My name is Peyton. I'm a 13 year old blacksmith living in the San Francisco Bay Area and I want to start my own fishing tackle store. I'm not completely broke. I do bring in money from making knives and other things for people. My reasoning for having my own shop is not to make money. It's for my love for fishing and helping other people. I've recently been silicone casting some of my own lures and I can catch fish on them. How do you recommend staring a very small store. Without purchasing any building or anything.

  • Hi, I'm 14 and looking to become an entrepreneur and I'm just going into high school. What can do to gain experience and knowledge so I can know enough to start and what can I do to get a job/internship in a tech company? Yes, I know they are probably not going to take me now but maybe when I'm older like 16. My high school has various business classes and tech such as marketing
    Corporate finance
    Accounting
    Entrepreneurship
    Management and leadership
Business internship, coding classes, intro engineering classes , and other science classes and does having these classes help? Also, I am trying to gain knowledge by reading about other successful people like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos and is this something I should spend my time doing?

    • Hello
Your already off to a good start by seaking more information from potentially good sources. Way ahead of me at your age.
Best advice I can give you is to look up to the type of people you want to be. Also read as much as you can but be sure to take something from it. You will have tl decide which readings are worth your time as you go.

      All the best.
